Terms:
1/3 rental deposit required to reserve boat (non refundable within 21 days of event), total amount due payable on day of departure
$1,000 insurance deductible charged to credit card at time of departure, credited at time of return if no boat damage is incurred.
At time of departure boat will be clean, heads pumped, and fuel tanks filled. Renter agrees to return boat in same condition as rented.
Cbay leasing will orient renter on all aspects of boat including electrical systems and mechanical systems. Cbay leasing reserves the right to cancel rental agreement and refund deposit if company determines that renter is not qualified to operate vessel.
